Meditation
 

Close your eyes.
Feel the heft of your over stuffed body.
Bring your inner thoughts to your swollen feet,
your tired knees; your chaffed inner thighs.
Think of your distended torso. Inner organs crowded by fat.
Blood vessels lined in plaque. Press your chins into your chest.
Relax your soft palate. Breathe deeply. Empty your mind of all thought.
